    Introduction to major groups of organisms in inland waters. Cyanobacteria, algae, plants, and animals; their ecology, evolution; conservation and their use in biomonitoring. Credit will be granted for only one of BIOL_O 375 or FWSC_O 375. [3-3-0] Prerequisite: Either (a) BIOL_O 125 or (b) all of BIOL_O 117, BIOL_O 122. Third-year standing in: Biology; Earth and Environmental Sciences; Ecology, Evolution and Conservation Biology; Environmental Chemistry; Freshwater Science; Zoology. Equivalency: BIOL_O 375.
