Application for admission to the Bachelor of NłeɁkepmx Language Fluency program must be made through Enrolment Services. Procedures, policies, and admission requirements of the UBC Okanagan campus are specified in Admissions.

Block Transfer Admission from Diploma of NłeɁkepmx Language Fluency Program (NVIT)

Students who successfully complete the 63 credit NłeɁkepmx Language Diploma at NVIT will be eligible to have those 63 credits recognized as a block of transfer credits toward admission into the B.Nłek. at UBC Okanagan. Students entering UBC Okanagan under this agreement must meet the University’s admissions requirements for students admitted on the basis of postsecondary transfer, with the exception of the English Language Admission Standard, which may be waived.

Upon admission, students admitted into the B.Nłek. on the basis of this block transfer agreement will first undertake a transition course (offered in an intensive format during the summer prior to the beginning of full-time degree study in September of the same given year - i.e. term 1 of the Degree). Successful completion of this course will be required before students are able to proceed into the full-time degree program.
