The program leading to the B.Com. requires a minimum of 122 credits with the following requirements to complete an Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources concentration.  

  • 3 credits of COMM_O 303 
  • 3 credits of COMM_O 304 
  • 3 credits of COMM_O 305 
  • 6  credits from: COMM_O 308,  COMM_O 324, COMM_O 3991 COMM_O 405, COMM_O 410, COMM_O 412, COMM_O 433, COMM_O 4991 

1If approved by the Faculty of Management as appropriate to Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources.  

Many upper-level courses require lower-level prerequisites, so students should select lower-level electives carefully.
