The Master of Management (M.M.) has three program options, each with its own admission requirements outlined below.
Dual Degree Program Option

Full-Time Program Option
Admission requirements for the Master of Management 12-month, full-time, in-person program option is competitive and takes into consideration a variety of criteria: previous academic performance, English language proficiency test scores, professional experience, maturity, and fit. Applicant selection is based on the criteria outlined below and follows UBC Admissions Policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must hold the equivalent of a four-year bachelor’s degree. Additional details on acceptable international credentials are available here.
- A minimum overall average of 76% in all 300- and 400-level courses or recognized equivalent from an accredited institution. Admission to the program is competitive and generally requires an academic standing higher than the published minimum.
- If graduate coursework has been completed, it will be reviewed as part of the application package.
- Applicants from a university outside Canada in which English is not the primary language of instruction must present evidence of English language proficiency prior to admission. Acceptable English language proficiency tests for applicants to graduate studies can be found under the English Language Proficiency Requirement section here.
- Applicants who do not meet the requirements stated above, but who have had significant formal training and relevant professional experience, may be granted admission on the recommendation of the Dean or Dean’s designate of the Faculty of Management.
Part-Time Program Option
Admission requirements for the Master of Management 25-month, part-time, hybrid program option is competitive and takes into consideration a variety of criteria: previous academic performance, English language proficiency test scores, professional experience, maturity, and fit. Applicant selection is based on the criteria outlined below and follows UBC Admissions Policies.

Upon accepting an offer of admission to the M.M. program, students are required to pay a non-refundable deposit which is applied to the first instalment of tuition fees.
